After a long wait, players can finally know the requirements to play Cyberpunk 2077 on their computers. CD Projekt Red announced on Friday (September 18) the minimum and recommended specifications, and according to the company, the game does not require a very powerful PC.
At a minimum, you will need a computer with Windows 7, an Intel Core i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 70 GB of HD storage, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 or AMD Radeon RX 470 graphics card. The ideal, however, is to have Windows 10, Intel Core i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 3 3200G processor, 12 GB of RAM, 70 GB in SSD, and GPU GeForce GTX 1060 or Radeon R9 Fury.
The developers stated that the Cyberpunk 2077 campaign mode will be much shorter than that in The Witcher 3 for the reason that few players have even completed Geralt of Rivia’s story.
“We know that the main story of Cyberpunk 2077 is slightly shorter than The Witcher 3 because we get a lot of complaints about the main story of The Witcher 3 being too long. Looking at the metrics, you see a huge number of people playing so far, but they never came to an end. We want you to see the full story, so we shorten it.” Patrick K. Mills, senior designer at CD Projekt Red.
