Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Could Get Cheaper Variant And Standard Model

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 6 can be launched in two variants this year. The company can bring a low priced version along with its standard book style smartphone. This means that Samsung may launch two large foldable smartphones and one clamshell style foldable smartphone by the end of this year.

This will make it easier for Samsung to compete with Chinese smartphone companies. A report in The Elec quoting industry sources states that Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6 entry-level smartphone. It can be launched along with Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. After launching the Galaxy Z Fold about four years ago, the company is preparing to launch an affordable smartphone for the first time. However, this report says that due to high demand for premium smartphones, the sales of the company's low-priced smartphones may be affected.

The company's Galaxy S24 series, launched last week, is getting a lot of demand in the country. The company started pre-booking for this on January 18. More than 2.5 lakh bookings have been made for this series in three days. The company's Galaxy S23 series, introduced last year, received 2.5 lakh bookings in three weeks. Samsung has said that the new series of smartphones will be manufactured in its Noida factory in Uttar Pradesh. Along with the sale of these smartphones in the country, there will also be export. The worldwide popular iPhone is also manufactured in the country. A major part of the country's demand is met from the company's Noida factory.
