The top model in the lineup is the Galaxy S24 Ultra which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It has 12GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. All three handsets included in the series run on Android 14 based One UI 6.1. The special thing is that the company will continue to provide Android OS upgrades for 7 years, and users will also continue to get security patches.
