TCS Ranked No 1 in Spain for customer satisfaction in service delivery
It is noteworthy that this year TCS has reached the second position in terms of customer satisfaction in the European country. Last year the company got eighth position. This Tata-owned company had got 83% satisfaction score, which was an average of 78%.
Talking about ranking, the company is at number-1 position in service delivery quality, commercial competitiveness. It is at second position in Cloud and Infrastructure Services and Application Services and Sustainability. TCS ranks third in account management quality.
On this success, Maria Novoa, Country Head of TCS Spain, said that we are happy to get second position in the customer satisfaction survey. With this, we have come to the top among IT service providers in Spain. By focusing on the needs of our customers, we have become the best partner for every environment.
Commenting on the ranking, Jeff Luce, Head of Sourcing at Violet Research, said that it is not surprising that Tata Consultancy Services has been given this position based on the feedback from business leaders of leading organizations operating in Spain.
Talking about business, the consolidated net profit of India's largest software company Tata Consultancy Services in the June quarter this year increased by about 17 percent on year-on-year basis to Rs 11,074 crore. The consolidated revenue of the company has increased by about 13 percent and is Rs 59,381 crore.
