Amazon Employee Fired After He Complained About Lifting Heavy Boxes On TikTok

An employee working in Amazon found it difficult to upload videos on TikTok. The employee had said in a TikTok video that people ordering goods from Amazon should stop ordering heavy goods, because he was tired of lifting heavy boxes. The employee has said that because of this video the company fired him from the job.

The Amazon employee who made the video on TikTok had been working in the company for 7 years. According to the report, a former employee named Kendall told users through a video how the company fired him from his job over his video. The former employee says that due to his complaint the company fired him. The person has more than 35 thousand subscribers on TikTok.

In the video, he told the whole story and said, “Hello friends, I have a bad news. Amazon fired me. 7 years were wasted. To cut a long story short, I made a video four weeks ago in which I asked people to stop ordering heavy items from Amazon. As an Amazon employee, I was tired of lifting heavy things. Some people found what I said funny, but some people were also displeased by it. If you also feel bad about what I said, then I apologize for that. My intention was not to hurt anyone. Or there was no need to discriminate against anyone. I just wanted to make a funny video. And I'm not just saying this. I have lost my job. And now I will not be hired again. So please forgive me.”

The controversial video of the employee is of December 6 in which he had said that he has done extra shifts and has been given the job of a picker in the Amazon warehouse. While making the video, he said that he has to carry boxes of fizzy water, or dog food like every other thing. He said stop buying water from Amazon. When your water runs out, do you wait for water to be delivered for 2-3 days? The employee was asking Amazon users not to order such items. Which cost him dearly later.
