Chandrayaan 3 will move to earth orbit to moon orbit tonight 12 to 1PM ISRO mission update

India's Moon mission Chandrayaan-3 has reached its important milestone. Indian space agency ISRO has planned to send Chandrayaan-3 from the Earth's orbit to the Moon's orbit between 12 midnight and 1 am on August 1. According to TOI report, Chandrayaan's thrusters will be started during this time. This process may take 28 to 31 minutes. Chandrayaan-3's thrusters will be fired when Chandrayaan-3 is at perigee. This is the shortest distance between the Earth and the Moon.

Chairman S. After the launch of Chandrayaan-3, Somnath had given information about important dates related to the mission. He had told that Chandrayaan can be placed in the moon's orbit on August 1. On August 23, Chandrayaan-3 will attempt a soft landing on the moon.

According to the information, preparations to change the route of Chandrayaan will start 5 to 6 hours before firing the thrusters of Chandrayaan. If all goes well and Chandrayaan-3 enters the lunar orbit, the soft landing of the mission is planned to be done on August 23 at 5.47 pm.

It is noteworthy that in the year 2019, the lander of Chandrayaan-2 mission had crashed on the surface of the moon. Soon after that, India started preparations for the third Moon mission. ISRO scientists were working day and night to make the mission successful for the last several months. This time special care has been taken to ensure that there is no problem in the landing of Chandrayaan-3. Like Chandrayaan-2, the lander of Chandrayaan-3 has also been named Vikram.

The mission has been designed in such a way that it can be landed on the moon under any circumstances. On August 23, when the lander 'Vikram' will try to land on the lunar surface and if any problem arises, it can be landed at another place also. The objective of this mission is to successfully land on the Moon and prove the capabilities of walking there. So far, three countries – America, Soviet Union and China have been able to land their missions on the Moon.
