According to NASA, asteroids larger than 150 meters or 500 feet in size can pose a threat to the Earth. There are 16 thousand asteroids present around the Earth which can become a threat at any time. However, NASA has not released any information about any collision between these two asteroids. Apart from asteroids, meteorites also sometimes come towards the earth.
