Kia Sonet facelift unveiled bookings Starts from December 20

Kia has introduced Kia Sonet facelift 2024 in the Indian market. This SUV will be available for booking from December 20. As of now, Kia has not revealed the exact launch date of Sonet. However, it is expected that the new Sonet will be seen running on Indian roads by the end of January 2024. The new Sonet can get ADAS with 10 autonomous features, which include Front Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA), Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA) and Lane Following Assist (LFA). With 15 high safety features, Sonet now offers more than 25 features. Standard 6-airbags have been included in the new Sonet. Let us know in detail about the new Sonet.

Design and interior

Kia Sonet Facelift has the same muscular design as before in which upright body style is available. The new Sonet has crown jewel LED headlamps, star map LED DRL, star map LED connected tail lamp, R16 crystal cut alloy wheels and new bumper design. In terms of color options, the new car will come in 8 monotone, 2 dual tone and 1 matte finish color options. The new Sonet has a redesigned cabin which is equipped with more tech features. This car has a 10.25 inch color LCD MID and 10.25 HD touchscreen navigation display with dual screen connected panel design cluster. It has 7 BOSE premium speaker system which sound lovers will like a lot.

Engine and Power

Talking about engine and power, the new Sonet includes the earlier two petrol engines and one diesel engine. It has a 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine which generates power of 118bhp and torque of 172Nm. Another 1.2 liter petrol engine has been provided which generates power of 81 and torque of 115. A 1.5 liter CRDi diesel engine has been provided which generates power of 113 and torque of 250. Kia Sonet facelift will be equipped with 5 speed manual, 6 speed manual gearbox, 6 speed automatic transmission, 6 speed iMT and 7 speed DCT unit.
