Man Orders iPhone 15 From Flipkart Gets Defective Phone With Fake Battery
A user faced the problem of getting fake battery in Apple iPhone 15. A user named Ajay Rajawat had ordered a fresh iPhone 15 from Flipkart in the Republic Day sale, but when he tried using the phone, he got the message of 'fake battery'. The user has posted its unboxing video on X. The user says that the online shopping platform is now refusing to replace the damaged iPhone. See this post-
The user wrote in the post, “I ordered iPhone 15 from Flipkart on January 13. But Flipkart cheated me, I was given a defective iPhone 15, and the packaging of the box was also fake. Now they are refusing to replace it. Are.” The user has also mentioned his order ID in the post. Along with this, the user has also shared another photo in which it can be clearly seen that the phone is refusing to verify the Apple battery.
Flipkart apologized to the user in response to his post. The platform wrote, “We apologize for the poor experience related to this order. You can count on us to resolve this issue. Please share the order ID by messaging us in private chat for the privacy of your Flipkart account. Please do not respond to fake social media handles impersonating our platform.”
This is not the first time that a user has faced such a problem. Some time ago, a similar case came to light in which a person had purchased a kitchen chimney from Flipkart. When he unboxed the product, the chimney was broken into pieces.
