Nothing Phone 2a 1 lakh units sold in first sale day price specs features

Nothing Phone (2a) has got good success. The company had earlier told that it had sold 60 thousand smartphones in one hour on the day of the first sale on March 12. Now information has been received that 1 lakh units of Nothing Phone (2a) have been sold in one day. The company's CEO Carl Pei himself has shared this information. Nothing Phone 2a is priced at Rs 23,999 in India for the base 8GB + 128GB RAM and storage configuration. It is also available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB RAM and storage variants, which are priced at Rs 25,999 and Rs 27,999 respectively.

Nothing Phone (2a) was launched in black and white color options. Its sale is happening on Flipkart. The company has also announced a discount of Rs 2,000 on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards, further bringing down the price of the phone.

Nothing Phone 2a specifications

Nothing Phone 2a smartphone runs on Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14. It promises three years of Android updates and four years of security patches. The phone features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) AMOLED display with an adaptive refresh rate of 30Hz to 120Hz, 394ppi pixel density, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The Phone 2a has an octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC, paired with up to 12GB of RAM.

Nothing Phone 2a has a dual-camera setup with two 50-megapixel sensors. A 16-megapixel selfie shooter is provided in the front. Nothing Phone 2a has up to 256GB of inbuilt storage. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6 Direct, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, QZSS, 360-degree antenna, and a USB Type-C port.

Phone 2a has a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. This is a big upgrade compared to the Phone 1's 4,500mAh battery unit and the Phone 2's 4,700mAh battery unit. The battery unit is claimed to last for two continuous days on a single charge. The fast charging technology is said to charge the battery from zero to 50 percent in just 23 minutes and to 100 percent in 59 minutes. Its weight is 190 grams.
