Redmi A3 May Soon Launch in India, Listing from BIS Website Gives Indication

A3 of Chinese consumer electronics company Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi may be launched in India soon. It will replace the Redmi A2 that was introduced in May this year. MediaTek Helio G36 SoC was given as processor in Redmi A2. Redmi has not given any information about the launch of the new smartphone in this series. A new smartphone has appeared on the website of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and it could be Redmi A3.

Tipster TMKTECH has posted screenshots of this smartphone on the BIS website. In this it is seen with the brands of Redmi and Poco. This indicates that Poco may launch it as a rebranded version of Redmi A3 in different regions with its own brand. Before this, this smartphone has also been seen on some other websites.

Redmi's Note 13 series will be launched in the country on January 4. This series was introduced in China in September. This includes Redmi Note 13 5G, Note 13 Pro 5G and Note 13 Pro+ 5G. It has a 6.67 inch 1.5K Full HD+ AMOLED display. The microsites of the base and pro models of this series have been seen. The microsite of Redmi Note 13 Pro+ has gone live on Flipkart. This smartphone will have a 1.5K curved screen with Corning Gorilla Victus protection. It will have MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra as its processor. Its 200-megapixel rear camera unit will be with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support. It was claimed on e-commerce site Flipkart that international sales of Redmi Note 13 series have crossed 33 crore units.

Recently, tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) had said in a post on social media platform However, it is not known whether this smartphone will be available in other variants or not. In the last decade, sales of Redmi smartphones have reached one billion units. Xiaomi started Redmi to sell high quality smartphones at affordable prices.
