Reliance Jio and IIT Bombay working on Bharat GPT may compete with ChatGPT
According to the PTI language report, Ambani, while addressing the annual event 'Techfest' of IIT Bombay, said that it is very important to create an environment of growth for the company and work is already going on on the concept of 'Jio 2.0'.
He said, 'We are working on the project of bringing 'Bharat GPT' program in collaboration with IIT, Bombay. However, only preliminary work has been done with generative AI and language models. The next decade will be defined by these applications.
Akash Ambani said that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will bring changes in every sector of products and services. Efforts are being made to implement AI in all fields. Akash Ambani also said that his company will bring new products and services in the field of media, commerce and communication. Jio is seriously working on bringing its own operating system for television.
He said that the company is excited about offering 5G private network. Under this, resources will be provided to any company for 5G. Talking about AI chatbot, ChatGPT has become popular all over the world. Microsoft is also working in this direction. India is expected to benefit from Jio's entry into this region.
