This tipster has said that the Galaxy S24 will have 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 25 GB storage options. The Galaxy S24+ may have options of 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. Samsung's Galaxy S24 Ultra can have variants of 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB and 12 GB RAM + 1 TB.

Another tipster Evan Blass has claimed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will be brought in silver, light brown and green colors.
