Vivo X Fold 3 Pro could Get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, Triple Rear Camera, Samsung, Oppo, Sony

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo launched Vivo X Fold 2 a few months ago. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC has been provided as the processor in this foldable smartphone. In this segment, the company has prepared to introduce a new smartphone X Fold 3 Pro.

Tipster Digital Chat Station has given information about some specifications of this smartphone in a post on China's messaging platform Weibo. It may have Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Its LTPO inner foldable screen can be with 2K resolution and refresh rate of 120 Hz. Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner can be found on both the screens in this smartphone. Its triple rear camera unit may have a 50-megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support. Apart from this, there may be a 100 mm periscope telephoto camera and ultra-wide sensor. Sony LYT-900 can be given as primary camera in it.

This tipster says that Vivo X Fold 3 Pro can be launched with Vivo Pad 3 in the first quarter of next year. Vivo's X100 series will be launched in India in the first week of January. The company has given information about the launch of these smartphones through a microsite on its website. Last month, Vivo X100 and X100 Pro were introduced in China with the new MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

There will be variants in the country with the same chipset and 8T LTPO display. The triple rear camera unit of Vivo X100 series has a 50-megapixel 1-inch type primary camera. The company has informed about the launch of this series in the country on January 4 through a media invite. Vivo X100 and X100 Pro will be made available in Asteroid Black, Startrail Blue and Sunset colors. These smartphones will have MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC chipset, Funtouch OS 14, V3 imaging chip and Zeiss branded triple rear cameras. The X100 of this series has been liked a lot by the customers in China. The company had received bookings for more than 10 lakh units even before its launch. This smartphone has a 6.79 inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
