Windows 10

Some Windows 10 users have reported that their computers are no longer in sleep mode. The problem started after installing the September update package for the system, keeping the computer on, and only the screen off.

The bug, according to users on the Microsoft forum, is caused by the MoUSO Core process, which checks for the availability of system updates and prevents the computer from remaining in economy mode.

The alternative found by users to solve the problem involves temporarily disabling the Windows Update service.
