The international launch of Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi's Xiaomi 14 series will take place on February 25. A day after this, Mobile World Congress (MWC) will start. Xiaomi 14 Ultra can be introduced in this event. However, Xiaomi has not confirmed this.

A media report states that Xiaomi 14 Ultra can be offered in Titanium Special Edition. The company introduced Xiaomi 14 Pro in China with a titanium frame and a different color. Metal frame will be given in standard variants of other smartphones of this series. American devices maker Apple used titanium in the iPhone 15 Pro models and South Korean consumer electronics company Samsung used titanium in the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Xiaomi 14 series was introduced in China in October last year. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC has been provided as the processor in these smartphones. Xiaomi 14 Ultra can also be included in this series. Recently, tipster Digital Chat Station posted an alleged image of Xiaomi 14 Ultra on the Chinese messaging platform Weibo. In this, this smartphone is seen with circular shaped camera and off white color. Its design is similar to Xiaomi 13 Ultra. This smartphone may have a quad rear camera unit. It is likely to have four cameras of 50 megapixels. Its camera unit may include Sony's new LYT900 1-inch sensor with f/1.63 aperture. It can have a 6.7 inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution and refresh rate of 120 Hz.

The Xiaomi 14's 4,610 mAh battery supports 90 W wired and 50 W wireless charging. These are the first smartphones with Xiaomi's new HyperOS user interface. Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro have 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. Both these smartphones were made available in White, Rock Blue, Snow Mountain Pink and Classic Black colors in China. The company has planned to increase sales from retail stores in the country. For the last few years it has been focusing on e-commerce websites. The share of online channels in smartphone sales is 44 percent.
