Along with the launch of Xiaomi Redmi 4 handset, the Chinese company has also introduced Mi Router 3C in India. The price of this Wi-Fi router is Rs 1,199 and it will be available in Mi Home store in Bengaluru from May 20. At the same time, it will be available on the company's own e-commerce site Me.com from May 23. Apart from this, Xiaomi Mi Router 3C will also be made available on Amazon India and Flipkart from June 8.

Xiaomi Mi Router 3C is the first router launched by the company in India. The company says that it is easy to use. Big claims have also been made regarding speed and range. It can be setup and controlled through the Mi Wi-Fi app. This app will run on Android and iOS devices.

Xiaomi Mi Router 3C has four high-performance antennas. The company has said that each antenna has its own PCB circuit. It is said that 2 transmit and 2 receive antenna design has been used in this router. The company claims that this technology improves Wi-Fi range and also improves signal stability.

It is reported that Xiaomi's new router has 64 MB RAM which is eight times more than a normal router. Its wireless speed is 300 Mbps. It can connect to 64 devices at a time. It supports 802.11n Wi-Fi protocol at 2.4 GHz. It has two LAN ports and one WAN port. Apart from this, three colored LED indicators are also provided. Its dimensions are 195x107x25.3 millimeters and weight is 241 grams.

As far as the Mi Wi-Fi app is concerned, Xiaomi says that users will be able to monitor the bandwidth in real time. Users will also have parental controls.
