Xiaomi Sells Over 3 Lakh Redmi 13C 4G 5G Units in India on First Sale Price Rs 7999 Specifications Availability Details

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 13C series earlier this month, which includes the Redmi 13C 4G along with a 5G variant of the same. There are a lot of similarities between the two, with the main difference being connectivity support. Recently, the first sale of both the smartphones was held on different days and now, Xiaomi has claimed that 3 lakh units of Redmi 13C series were sold during this period. Both models of the Redmi 13C series come equipped with a 6.74-inch display, 5000mAh battery and 50MP primary rear camera. However, there are some differences in the chipset, front camera and rear camera setup.

According to Xiaomi, more than 3 lakh units were sold during the first sale of Redmi 13C and Redmi 13C 5G. However, the sale of both the smartphones was held on different days. The first sale of the Redmi 13C was on Tuesday, December 12, while the Redmi 13C 5G went on sale for the first time on Saturday, December 16. According to Xiaomi, the source of these figures is the company's 'internal data'.

At present, no information has been given as to the number of 4G and 5G variants out of the more than 3 lakh units sold. Let us tell you that Redmi 13C series is currently available online on Mi.com and Amazon India and can also be purchased from Xiaomi's offline retail stores.

Redmi 13C series price in India

The price of 4GB RAM/128GB variant of Redmi 13C is Rs 7,999. Whereas, the price of 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant is Rs 8,999 and the top-end 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 10,499.

At the same time, the price of 4GB RAM/128GB variant of Redmi 13C 5G is Rs 9,999, the price of 6GB RAM/128GB variant is Rs 11,499 and the price of 8GB RAM/256GB variant is Rs 13,499.

Redmi 13C series specifications

The Redmi 13C series has a 6.74-inch HD+ display, with a resolution of 600 x 720 pixels, refresh rate of 90Hz and peak brightness of up to 450 nits. The 4G variant is equipped with MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, while the 5G variant has Dimensity 6100+ SoC. Both models include a 50MP main camera with a 0.08MP sensor, but the 4G variant also has an additional 2MP camera sensor. Apart from this, while the 4G variant comes with an 8MP front camera, the 5G variant comes equipped with a 5MP front camera.

Both variants have a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 18W charging. However, only a 10W charger comes with the phone.
