A star twinkling in a strange way has become a subject of research for scientists. Recently two powerful telescopes have captured it on camera. According to the interesting information that has come out, a young star system is surrounded by huge clusters of gas and will soon give birth to a planet as big as Jupiter. The name of this star is called 'V960 Mon'.

According to the report of eurekalert, 'V960 Mon' is located in the Monoceros constellation, about 5 thousand light years away from our Earth. This star came to the attention of scientists for the first time in the year 2014. Then it suddenly started shining 20 times brighter and then faded after a few months.

This study has been published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters. It is said that due to the envelope present around the star, a planet as big as Jupiter is about to be born.

Studies have shown that shells of gas and dust are accumulating around the star. Because of this it sometimes shines brightly and sometimes appears dim. Recently, two telescopes named Very Large Telescope and Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array observed this star. In a study related to this, it has been said that the detection of clusters of gas and dust around a young star is unbelievable. Researchers have found that the radius of the star named V960 Mon is more than the width of our solar system.

Earlier, the Hubble Telescope had captured a picture of a young star wrapped in a cloud of gas and dust. The picture revealed last year was said to be in the Taurus constellation, 9 thousand light years away. Scientists also discovered a baby planet in the Taurus constellation.

Astronomers have observed hundreds of disks in the universe, but they have never been able to observe the birth and formation of planets. The current picture is also important because it shows the state of the star before a planet was born.
