This is a 31 feet asteroid. When it passes close to the Earth, at its closest point it will be at a distance of 565,000 kilometers from our planet.

Asteroid 2020 PN1 is also going to pass near the Earth today. This is an asteroid of the Apollo group which is 90 feet. When it reaches near the Earth, its minimum distance will be 4,150,000 kilometers. This asteroid revolves around the Sun in 366 days. According to Space Reference, this asteroid has already intersected the Earth's orbit and will intersect it in the future too. It is said that it is going to come in the path of Earth 65 times. The orbit of the asteroid was detected on 28 August 2019. After that it was officially recognized in 2022. Today it is again going to pass very close to the Earth. However, NASA has not yet given any information about its collision with the Earth.

There are 16 thousand asteroids present around the Earth which can become a threat at any time. So far 13 asteroids have been identified. Out of which 16000 asteroids are present in and around the Earth. NASA also calls them near earth objects, which are continuously hovering around the earth. Out of these 16 thousand asteroids, NASA has declared 1784 asteroids as potentially dangerous for the Earth. Because there is a possibility that they may change their direction.
