China's space station is fully operational. For the first time, such pictures have surfaced in which the entire structure of the Tiangong space station is visible. According to a report, the crew of China's Shenzhou 16 mission took spectacular pictures of this space station while returning to Earth. In the pictures taken with HD cameras, it can be seen how far China has progressed in the world of space. It has built a space station on its own, which competes with the International Space Station (ISS).

Space.com reports that the Shenzhou 16 team handed over control of the Chinese space station to the Shenzhou 17 crew on October 26 and three Chinese astronauts departed for Earth. They included commanders Jing Haipeng, Zhu Yangzhu and Gui Haichao. The same team took pictures of the Chinese space station.

According to the report, this space station is at an altitude of 340 to 450 kilometers from the Earth. For the first time in the year 2021, a team of astronauts reached the Tiangong Space Station and spent 90 days there. However, at that time the first part of the space station was completed. The second and third units of the space station were launched last year and this year.

Tiangong Space Station is a 55 meter tall station. Its weight is 77 tonnes. It is 20 percent larger than the International Space Station dominated by America and Russia. Many experiments are also being conducted on this space station. China's space agency wants to operate this space station for at least a decade.

By building its own space station, China has challenged other countries, especially America. Remember that China was not made a partner in the International Space Station, after which it died by building its own space station. India has also moved forward in the direction of building a space station. He has set a target for the year 2040.
