The air quality index of 5 lakh cities around the world can be seen here. Health related suggestions are also given on the app. It can also show weather forecast for the next 7 days. It can show the air quality of many cities simultaneously. In this, information can be seen in 2D and 3D view.

SAFAR-Air
This app has been launched by the Earth Science Ministry of India. This app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. The ministry has prepared it in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Pune. It tells the pollution level and air quality of metro cities of India. Which includes big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad. It can show information in Hindi, English, Marathi, and Gujarati. However, currently this app covers only limited areas.

Plume Labs: Air Quality App
Plume Labs' Air Quality App is also a good option to check AQI. The app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. It shows real time air quality index. It can also show forecast up to 72 hours. In this app, the user can also view the data of last 6 months. It also shows data on hazardous pollutants like NO2, PM 2.5, PM 10, and O3. Every day it shows two reports showing the current day's condition and the forecast for the coming day.

This app can prove to be a better option to measure air quality. The app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. The interesting thing about this app is that it tells the air quality by comparing it with cigarette smoke. That means the air quality in your area is equal to how much cigarette smoke. In this app you also see information related to PM2.5, PM10, CO, O3, NO2 and SO2.

BreezoMeter Air Quality
This app is available on Google Play Store as well as App Store. It tells about the air quality of 94 countries. In this, along with real time data, forecast for the coming days is also shown. It tells you what pollutants are present in your area and where they are likely coming from. With the help of the app, prevention methods can be adopted.
