Green Flash From Venus Is Captured In Stunning Image goes viral on social media

Torch-like light seen on Venus! Green light has been seen emanating from the brightest planet in the solar system. A photographer has captured this. This photo went viral as soon as it was posted on social media. The photographer told that he had captured this incident on camera on January 8. Scientists have solved the mystery and told where this light came from! Let us know about this unique cosmic phenomenon.

A photographer in Sweden has captured an amazing phenomenon from space. A person named Peter Rosen has shared a post on social media which has become a topic of discussion for those interested in astronomical events. Peter says that this torch-like flash is coming from the planet Venus. According to the photographer, he took this photo on Monday, January 8. See this green light emanating from Venus-

Regarding the incident, spaceweather.com says that the cold environment and unusually sharp drop in air temperature in Sweden's capital Stockholm acted like a prism. Due to which the light emanating from Venus turned green. This phenomenon is called green flash. It is also often seen over the oceans. When the sun is near the horizon, and the atmosphere is very clear and calm, such a phenomenon is seen.

This is not the first time that a green flash has been seen on Venus. Yes but Mr. Rogen's video is the most special and thrilling in this. This flash burned for about a second, the image is going viral on social media. If understood in the language of physics, refraction is the phenomenon when a wave passes from one medium to another. Here bending of light occurs due to which its speed also changes. So, when sunlight enters the Earth's atmosphere, the wavelengths are partially refracted due to the gas molecules. An example of this is that the sky appears blue during the day because the blue wavelength spreads more than any other wavelength.
