'Andreas Mogensen' is currently the commander of the team which is deployed on the ISS. She revealed the 'white spots' in her Instagram post. Wrote that he saw icebergs floating in the South Atlantic from space. He did not need any telescope.

He said that if someone had asked him before going on the mission whether icebergs on Earth could be seen from space without a telescope, Andreas' answer would have been no. Andreas says that after reaching the ISS, he came to know that icebergs floating on Earth can be seen from space.
