Lava to Soon Launch Storm 5G, Price could be less than Rs 15,000, Oppo, Vivo, Oneplus

Lava, one of the big smartphone companies, recently launched the entry-level Yuva 3 Pro in India. This smartphone has Unisoc T616 SoC chipset, 50 megapixel primary camera and 5,000 mAh battery. The company had introduced Lava Blaze 2 5G in November. It has MediaTek Dimensity 6020 as its processor. Lava is also preparing to launch a new smartphone.

The company has shared a poster on social media platform X. It has an image of a storm and below it it says, “Coming Soon.” In another post, Lava has shared a short video of lightning in the sky with the theme of 'Toofan'. A microsite on Lava's website also reads, “Coming Soon,” along with an image of lightning. However, a microsite on e-commerce site Amazon is confirming that the upcoming smartphone will be Lava Storm 5G. There is a teaser of the back panel of this smartphone on this microsite. On its top left corner, two separate circular camera units are installed vertically. A circular LED unit is provided with it. The exterior of this smartphone has volume rockers and a power button on the right corner.

Tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) has told that this smartphone will be launched soon. Its price can be less than Rs 15,000. MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC can be given as processor in it. The price of 4 GB + 128 GB variant of recently launched Lava Blaze 2 5G is Rs 9,299, 6 GB + 128 GB is Rs 10,999 and 8 GB + 128 GB is Rs 11,099. This smartphone has been made available in three colors.

Lava launched Blaze 2 Pro in September. It has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18 W charging. It has been made available in three colors and with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Its RAM can be expanded up to 8 GB using inbuilt storage. The price of this smartphone is Rs 9,999. It can be purchased in Thunder Black, Swag Blue and Cool Green colors. It has Octacore Unisoc T616 as its processor.
