Scientist Develop First Mind Reading Helmet That Can Write What You Think

Scientists have claimed to have conducted a new revolutionary experiment in the field of neuroscience. Which can read the thoughts going on in a person's mind and present them in written language. Scientists have prepared a mind-reading helmet. Yes, researchers at the Graphenex UTS Human Centric Artificial Intelligence Center of Sydney University of Technology have designed a portable helmet that can read and write the thoughts going on in the human mind. This is the world's first helmet that can read minds. This discovery is said to have many benefits.

With the help of mind reading helmet, such people can be helped who are sick from inside but are unable to talk to anyone. Such as paralysis or stroke patients, who are unable to talk to others. Apart from this, it will help in better communication between humans and machines. This will also help in controlling robots, bionic arms etc. in the future.

Also know how it works. Actually, during the experiment, the participants wore this helmet on their heads and started reading something from the book. The helmet is fitted with an electroencephalogram, also known as EEG. It captures the electrical activity going on in the brain through the skin of the scalp. It has sensors. As soon as a person starts thinking about something, the sensors start working. They record brain waves and then convert these waves into text that is very similar to the original text. That is, we get to know what thoughts were going on in the person's mind.

According to CT Lin, head of the research, this research shows that he has done the first work of its kind to convert EEG waves directly into language. This will revolutionize this sector. This will open new dimensions of neuroscience and a lot of progress can be made in it with the help of AI. It is said that 29 people took part. Out of which researchers have been successful in 40% of the results.
